Our dedicated chefs explore the roots of these trio cuisine taking inspiration from all corners of the continent to deliver exotic flavours and theatrical technique that are not commonly found in other restaurant and takeaway in Britain.

Our Head Chef and an owner of "Soami’s Trio" Parvin Kumar having hotel management back round 8 years five stars hotel experience of India. Previous run takeaway Bussiness in peterlee called Soami’s salsa about 5 years,also Served in Newcastle at the spice cube (British curry awarded) and popular restaurant in Sachins and last one was Haveli Ponteland (Michelin guide) is driving force behind our revolutionary menu striving for no less than perfection in the execution of each dish served.

There are many misconceptions about food. It’s my pleasure of the Soami’s trio team to address these and bring to the north east a dining experience that is vibrant, exciting and truly unforgettable.
